Your information is used to provide the ScholarBitBook service, respond to inquiries, and send requested updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
You own your data. All student records and academic information you enter into ScholarBitBook remain your property. You can export your data at any time, and if you choose to delete your account, we will remove your data from our systems.
When you create verified transcripts, only cryptographic hashes (mathematical fingerprints) are stored on the blockchain. No personal information or student data is ever placed on the public blockchain.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in our emails. To request removal of your contact information or account deletion, email privacy@scholarbitbook.com .
